Butterfly Pea Gin & Tonic
A mystical colour changing Gin and Tonic! Watch this magical blue cocktail turns purple with the addition of tonic water. You only need dried butterfly pea tea, tonic water & gin!
Ingredients
- 50 ml Butterfly Pea Tea
- 60 ml Gin
- 100ml Tonic Water
- Ice
- Rosemary Sprigs & Dried Orange Slices (Optional Garnish)
Instructions
Butterfly Pea Tea
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of Butterfly Pea Tea into cup
- Pour 250ml boiling water over the tea
- Steep for 10-15 minutes
- Strain the tea
Gin & Tonic
- Fill the cup with ice
- Pour in the gin
- Add 50 ml of butterfly pea tea
- Pour in 100 ml tonic water
- Add rosemary sprig and dried orange slices (optional garnish)
